The company was founded after the emergence of the urgent need in the country to consulting firms and geometric designs, Especially in the southern governorates of Iraq where the subject encouraged and led us to develop our work in the Office of the designer Engineering Consulting Engineers, Management consulting engineer Sarim Abdul Hadi, From 2007 until the begging of the fourth quarter of 2012 in the field of design and engineering consultancy, the overall supervision of the projects, preparation of technical specifications, BOQ, integrated studies for all projects, economic feasibility and other services. In 2025, the company expanded its scope of work by adding General Contracting to its activities. This addition is now included in the company’s foundation profile
ABOUT CV OF THE COMPANY'S FOUNDER ENG. (SARIM ABDULHADI AL NAJAR)
Eng. Sarim Abdulhadi Al Najjar is a civil engineer and the founder of the company, graduated from the University of Basra – College of Engineering in 1975.
With over four decades of experience, he has led and managed major construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Iraq.
His career includes senior roles in government institutions, oil and power projects, bridges, hospitals, and large-scale facilities.
He also served as a consulting engineer with the United Nations from 2001 to 2006 in human settlements development.
His expertise, leadership, and engineering vision form the foundation of the company’s technical strength and credibility.
